21. Accuracy of Information and Professional Disclaimer

EXACT endeavours to provide accurate, relevant and up-to-date website content.

However, information concerning employment, payroll, taxation, statutory requirements, recruitment opportunities and professional services may change.

General information on our website should not be treated as a substitute for advice tailored to specific circumstances.

Software-generated outputs, professional recommendations and general website information should be reviewed before being relied upon for significant employment, financial, regulatory or operational decisions.

No particular employment, regulatory, financial or commercial outcome is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a binding agreement.

22. Third-Party Websites, Platforms and Services

Our website and communications may contain links or references to third-party websites, recruitment platforms, social media, payment providers and other independent services.

Such platforms may include eKazi and other recruitment or application channels selected by EXACT for particular assignments.

Where users access external platforms, their activities may also be governed by the respective platform's terms and privacy policies.

EXACT is not responsible for the independent operations, content, security or privacy practices of third-party platforms except where liability arises under applicable law or an express contractual obligation.

References or links to third-party services do not necessarily constitute an endorsement of their entire content or operations.

23. Communications and Marketing

Users may receive service-related communications, including account notifications, recruitment updates, transaction confirmations, administrative notices and other communications necessary for delivering requested services.

Marketing communications shall be issued in accordance with applicable consent and electronic communication requirements.

Where consent is required, users may withdraw it through available unsubscribe mechanisms or by contacting EXACT.

Withdrawal of marketing consent shall not prevent necessary service-related or legally required communications.

24. Website Availability and Maintenance

Termination shall not automatically extinguish outstanding contractual or statutory obligations.

Treatment, retrieval, retention and deletion of associated information shall be governed by the applicable agreement, Privacy Policy and legal requirements.

27. Changes to These Terms

EXACT may revise these Terms to reflect changes in legislation, technology, services or business operations.

Updated Terms shall be published on our official website with a revised effective date.

Where changes materially affect existing contractual rights or obligations, appropriate notice shall be provided and additional acceptance obtained where required by law or contract.

Changes shall not retrospectively remove rights already accrued under applicable law or binding agreements.

28. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, as applicable.

In the event of a dispute, the parties are encouraged to seek an amicable resolution through good-faith discussions.

Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to a court, tribunal or other competent authority in Tanzania having jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms restricts statutory rights to seek recourse before competent regulatory authorities or courts.

29. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

Failure by EXACT to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.
