Is Payroll Lite really free?
Yes. Payroll Lite is free forever for up to 25 employees — employee records, payroll runs, payslips and full Tanzanian statutory compliance. No credit card required.
How is billing calculated?
Paid plans are billed per employee band, per month. As your workforce grows beyond the subscribed limit, you simply move to the next employee band. Annual billing saves 17%.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. The platform is built for progressive adoption — upgrade, downgrade or add modules at any time. Your data carries over seamlessly.
Do you support our statutory obligations?
PAYE, NSSF, PSSSF, SDL and WCF engines are built in and kept current with the law, including statutory returns and government submission files.
What about group companies and government institutions?
We support multi-company administration, tenant isolation and tailored rates for groups, government institutions and NGOs. Contact sales for a structured quote.
