This Privacy Policy explains how Exact Manpower Consulting Ltd ("EXACT", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information through our website, exactmanpower.co.tz, and the online tools on it, in line with Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Act, 2022. It should be read with our Terms and Conditions.
1. Who we are
Exact Manpower Consulting Ltd, 3rd Floor, Bulika House (The Arcade House), Mwai Kibaki Road, Mikocheni, P.O. Box 105061, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Email: info@exactmanpower.co.tz. We are the data controller for the information described here.
2. What we collect
- Enquiries and requests: when you use our contact, service, package, demo or quote forms, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company and the details you give us.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
- Payroll Lite: if you sign in with Google or Apple to save your work, we receive your name, email address and an account identifier from that provider, and store the payroll information you enter (such as employee names and salary figures) so you can return to it.
- Salary Calculator: calculations run in your browser; we only count, anonymously, how often the tool is used.
- Website use: with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement record how the site is used, and a cookie lets us count readers of our articles. If you like an article, your browser keeps a random ID so it remembers your like.
3. Why we use it
- To answer enquiries and provide the services you request (performing or preparing a contract with you).
- To pass ExactEHRM demo and quote requests to the ExactEHRM team, so they can contact you.
- To send our newsletter (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To keep the website secure, measure its use and improve it (our legitimate interests, and your consent for analytics and advertising cookies).
- To meet our legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our services (such as website hosting, email delivery, Google and Firebase), the ExactEHRM team for ExactEHRM requests, and public authorities where the law requires it. Some providers, such as Google, may process data outside Tanzania; where they do, we rely on their contractual and security safeguards.
5. Cookies and your choices
Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics, advertising measurement and reader counting are used only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for our legitimate business records, newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe, and Payroll Lite data until you delete it or your account. Records needed for legal, tax or accounting purposes are kept for the periods the law requires.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No online service can be completely secure, so please keep your sign-in details safe.
8. Your rights
You may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. To do so, email info@exactmanpower.co.tz. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Tanzania.
9. Children
Our website is intended for adults and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with its effective date.
